Hit an Atlanta pothole! Ruined my front tire! I went to the service department. Danon was very pleasant to work with. He took care of my purchase very quickly and efficiently and I had a new tire in no time. Good experience!

On 8/9/17 I called in to service to inquire about an appointment that day for my car. The young lady told me that they were booked but that I could come in and see if the team could possibly fit me in. I did take my car in (without an appointment) because my car wouldn't start without being jumped. I was nicely greeted in the driveway by Eddie, who was assisting another customer. He introduced himself, asked about my issue, and said he was assisting another person but would come back after he finished with his customer. He did come back and had me to go inside of the service office. Once in the office, I was again greeted by the staff and Bruce Vernon was the individual who assisted me. I explained what was going on with my car and Bruce explained that they were very booked but that I was welcome to leave my car, but they would do their best to, at least, do a diagnostic test to find out what was going on. He also advised me that there was a recall on my car that they would take care for me. Bruce then checked in my car and I was given the opportunity to have a seat in the waiting area. In short, I waited for my ride to pick me up and I went home. Within one half-hour of getting home, I received a phone call from Bruce telling me that it was my battery. He asked if I was still in the building and I told him I was home. He then told me that he was going to work through his lunch and, personally, change the battery for me and they were also going to complete the recall work. That was extremely nice and I was very grateful. Little did he know, but I had family in town and really needed my car. Within a couple of hours of dropping my car off, my car was repaired for less than what I was orginally quoted!!! Additionally, when I got there to pick up my car, it had also been washed!!! THAT IS A+ SERVICE and you that is rare these days. I cannot thank Bruce and Eddie enough for the awesome service and personal attention they gave me that day. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Elantra. They were very helpful. Sent texts about service and when my car was ready. Did not pressure me to do things/buy things, but let me know I'll need to get new tires soon. I so appreciated that.

Had great experience with service advisor Eddie King. I shared with him my concerns about previous visit and he took ownership of my issue in a timely manner. I felt like he valued my time and appreciated my business and I will come back for next service appointment to work with him. Thank you!
