Bruce Vernon was a Great Service member, after being giving some wrong info from sales he was able to rectify the situation by helping out in another area. Very Professional person. Also he accommodated my vehicle a few hours early.

Poor communication from service team. Even after Ron Gay got involved, an item that was listed on the invoice was not performed. The woman that works in the service department did a very poor job. A part was not ordered, and I never received any call back and email as promised by service agent.
