The service technician Danon was outstanding and took care of my vehicle problem immediately, Excellent job.

It was a std 1.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Standard time for this service I was told. Also a wash and vacuum that is 20 min in this time? Too long for this min service. I had Toyota and I was always in and out. Same checklist. I passed on wash and vacuum. Hate to thing if I had this and other things to be done. I would be there all day.

An hour and a half wait for an oil change and minor inspection, with an appointment first thing in the morning (7:30), seems excessive. Otherwise, fine. Advisor was fine.

I love my customer service rep Mike. With him being my rep, I know he will ensure everything that needs to be done to my car gets taken care of.
