I set up an appointment to get my tail light changed on my Elantra and I had a possible recall open. They copied my VIN number down wrong and said I didn't have a recall. It took them an hour and a half to change my tail light and inspect my car. I was so tired of waiting that by the time they were done, I didn't notice the scratches on my leather driver's seat until later. I will not be going back once my seat is fixed.
