Very nice service as always. They were able to work me in several days before my appointment because I had a brake light out.

I am not sure if the problem is the number of patrons scheduled and the type of work that needed to be done. I only had an oil change and it took close to 2 hours to get it done.

Got there early but still sat for 2 hours. Didn't talk to me about anything so didn't know how things were going. Just came out in the end and said it was done. My girlfriend actually took it in. I had listed an issue with the microphone but she got no feedback other than she was just told everything was fine. Whether they checked the microphone and fixed anything I don't know.

The whole experience was very easy. I remember in the past what a hassle it was to do something as simple as buy a car. When I was a kid and dad said lets get a new car. It was a family outing. Afterwards my father would cook burgers on the grill and the neighbors would come over and admire the new car. Now, in most cases, you deal with a sales man who knows little or nothing about the car you are interested in buying. The first questions asked is about financing and credit scores. One place wanted a fifty dollar deposit just to test drive the car. I had my mechanic check out all the cars that I was thinking of buying. That was an eye opener. One car had the wrong type of brakes. One car had been in an accident and there were lugs missing on the front tire. One had a hole in the muffles. They had put aluminum foil over the hole and taped over that with electrical tape. A trick we used to do when I was in high school. I was pleased with my experience and when I need another car I will be back. I have told my friends about my car buying experience.

Everyone welcomed me so nicely once I arrived. I was surprised at the waiting room when I saw an area for the kids and a section for everyone else. It was really comforting.
