It took a total of three hours from appointment time till my car was returned to me. I had an oil change and brake inspection. Very disappointed. Most likely will not return.

I purchased a 2013 Genesis from Jim Ellis Hyundai recently. About 3 years ago my daughter bought a 2013 VW Passat SEL Premium from Jim Ellis VW. The sales professional, Orlando R. was the best ever: knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Now he has advanced to their Porsche store...well deserved. After the purchase he went into great detail to explain every accessory and feature on the car. Because of the Jim Ellis VW experience I felt buying a CPO Genesis at Jim Ellis Hyundai would be the same. What a disappontment but not with the car. One salesman would be working with me and he would be replaced by another. Manta policies and excused and we played "hurry-up-and-wait-on-us." If you plan to purchase a Hyundai, I recommend Chris (not certain that is his name but he is mid20s and very tall). He should be working with Porsche clientele, next would be Dan, very helpful but he may have been thrown under the bus. Thank goodness a manual came with the car because I am still in the learning curve---they may be as well. Anyway their VW store made certain we left with added knowledge. Okay, I am in no way saying not to go to Jim Ellis Hyundai, they sell a great car. My suggestions are to allocate at least 2 days time, remain alert and stay on your toes, take what is said in negotiations lightly. I am not saying I would not be a reprat customer but my experience was less than satisfactory.
