It was the shortest car buying decision I have ever made. Once I knew that I was interested in the car, I told the salesman my price range and he worked to make it happen. I got the car I wanted at the payment I wanted. All in all it was a great experience. The only exception was being asked to fill out a credit application when I was already pre-approved by Capital One auto.

I had the driver's side door handle replaced. It appears to be working properly The parts and labor seemed expensive to me but I have had a good experience with my Genesis

The service writer was awesome. When he told me a price for a new rear mudguard, installed would be $79.99, I told him I'd seen the part, sold as pair, for $20. He went back to speak with someone and since the tires were going to be off to be rotated, JE completed that part of the job for $28.00. This customer satisfaction reinforces the original reason I bought from Jim Ellis Hyundai, in Atlanta, rather than a Hyundai dealership less than two miles from my home in Birmingham, AL.
