I purchased my 2012 Sonata new at Jim Ellis. Just a routine oil change with appointment this time. Advisor noticed it was time to rotate the tires, and everything was accomplished including a car wash in one hour!! Great place for friendly and excellent service.

walked in but assessed multiple problems quickly. provided rental vehicle since part needed to be ordered, which were overnighted. Quick!

The overall service was ok, however, my vehicle got scratched while it was in being serviced, this scratch was not on my car prior to bringing it in, this was caused by service Tech or person washing my car. I brought it to the attention of the person that checked my car in. I would like to have this repaired immediately. I must say that I am disappointed that I would bring my vehicle in for service and someone end-up scratching it, particularly when it's your most expensive vehicle and no one acknowledged it, it's as if they were hoping I would not notice it and would drive away.

The experience was good except they did not come get me when they had finished with service. Mike was at lunch and the guy that sits by him said it had been ready for awhile, but they were to busy to come get me. Lynn Godwin
