Deborah was really sweet, nice, helpful and knowledgeable ! Really appreciate her service. Other staff members are not as nice or helpful. Overall good quality service but very expensive.

The service comparably to when I bought my first Hyundai has gone down drastically. I felt price gouged a bit and upon picking up my vehicle was not even spoken to by my service representative. You all used to detail the car every time I brought it in for service and I was giving a price list for detailing.

Everyone is really friendly. I got the lifetime oil changes when I bought my new car in 2014 so I continue to come back for service. This past time I had the 30,000 mile inspection. Everything came out good, but I always feel like the price to just check everything and maybe top off some fluids is really high. I guess that's just part of the whole system.

Wait time for oil change minimal. Christopher was able to solve a long standing issue immediately!
