I had a very good experience with you, Corey Barton did a fantastic job, he wasn't pushy and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The entire staff was very friendly and did what ever they could to help, it made me feel like part of the Jim Ellis family. Staff members remembered who I was when I walked in the door, I never felt like I was being scammed, or being taken advantage of, whether that's due to the fact that everyone was honest with me, or the staff is just that good, I don't know (I'm totally kidding) I really appreciate that, this was my first time going through the buying process, so the honesty really helped. I'm really enjoying my 2014 Sonata, though I would like to have some of the small scratches touched up, and I don't have any floor mats, and they're not in the trunk. If I could get these things addressed that would be fantastic.

This is the second experience in a row that an oil change and tire rotation has taken way to long. The previous visit was caused by the service rep, transposing the ticket number and the staff was not able to locate the vehicle for over two hours. The last visit was extended because the service rep went to lunch while the vehicle sat out front wationg for us to be notified, that it was ready. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from you all, and the service has always been a little"sub-par." I expect better, more timely service. Stephens 404-210-5947

The overall experience was excellent. Tai Cao was very knowledgeable of the Hyundai product line, history and car buying process, so it made our purchase very easy. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership.
