I MADE (MY FIRST) APPOINTMENT DATE TO WITH THE CONCIERGE TO PICK-UP MY G80 FOR SERVICE ON JULY 29, AT 10AM. (NO SHOW/ NO CALL) I CALLED TO COMPLAIN WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. AND I WAS TOLD THAT A MANAGER WILL CALL ME BACK THE SAME DATE (NO CALL FROM A MANAGER) I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT. THE NEXT DATE TO COMPLAIN THEN I WAS TRANSFER TO A MANAGER THEN MADE A 2ND APPOINTMENT FOR JULY 05, WITH MR.CARTON, AND ALL WENT WELL SO FOR.
