Bruce Vernon is simply amazing. I had a battery issue and needed to get my car in same day and Bruce made it happen. I have always had great experiences with Bruce. He has the best attitude and demeanor. I just love him to death. He us definitely the heartbeat if the service department. Yes, it would have been cheaper to go somewhere else, but I would have the level of trust and confidence that I would be taken care of. Bruce provides that for me. It is worth the money. Mitch is awesome to. He has a great attitude and is fast to pick up and drop off. I never have to wait around for him.
