Jim Ellis always has great service

It's always a pleasure coming to the dealership

Everyone was friendly and helpful during my visit. The wait was a few hours but the tv lounge was a nice and comfortable.

I'm happy with the service at Jim Ellis. A few years ago I owned a Mercedes which I bought new. I sold it after less than 3 years because I was unhappy with the service. I think the waiting area at Jim Ellis is pleasant and with WiFi I was able to get some work done. The staff was excellent and friendly. When changing a car battery most technicians use a small 9v battery to keep the electrical system powered to preserve radio settings etc.

The oil change and alignment on my 2011 Santa Fe were completed as expected.

They got me in quickly and everything was done

Denon is awesome. Needs to be promoted. By far the best one there.

The service agent told me they have "never" checked brakes unless the tires were rotated. I have been getting service at this location since 2011 and no where else. I never had them rotate my tires. I still have all my maintenance receipts where they showed brakes were checked. The receipts even show the remaining pad thickness, and my tires were not rotated.. When challenged, the service agent changed his story and said management had decided not to check brakes unless tired are rotated. I am not stupid, and I do not like being lied to. I was going to buy my next car here, but will never do business here again.

Job well done -- all employees involved were great. To your management: If it was less expensive, including car rental, I'd recommend your dealership hands down.
