Service managers were courteous. Vehicle work was completed as requested. Waiting room was full (business is good) and coffee was good.

First visit I came at noon and was told there was no chance they could get me in. Made appointment for following week, appointment took almost 3 hours to find out that a fuse was the problem. Then, they don't carry that fuse in stock so I'll have to come back again. People extremely friendly.

I have throughly enjoyed my service advisor. . He always gives me a sense of importance...almost like I'm Royalty! No Matter the vehicle make/model.. No Matter the vehicle problem/issue, Mr. Henton says "You can bring that car right to Jim Ellis, and they will figure it out!" So that's what I've done for the past 4 years... And he was right!

The people are incredibly friendly! I was told that I could get mileage reimbursement because this model of Hyundai Elantra was falsely advertised as 29 mpg when its really 26 mpg. I was never given the appropriate information to follow up on that.

I subscribed to the "free" tire program at the time I purchased my 2012 Sonata. Having now looked at all the charges from yesterday's service, I've concluded that the tires were not free. I know of no tire store that charges $100 for mounting the tires. Further, it is quite apparent that the cost of the tires is built in to what you charge for the periodic service inspections. My conclusion- I really paid for the tires. In addition, I was charged for an oil change even though I had over 1000 miles remaining on my prior oil change done at your dealership. On a positive note, my service rep. handled my visit in a very efficient and pleasant manor.
