Purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe and had an excellent experience. We were greeted by several people upon arrival. Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about the car. He was able to answer all our questions and didn't try to pressure us which is the number one reason I would definitely recommend Jim Ellis.

The customer service rep was extremely friendly and the service was very fast. It took less than an hour to complete the oil change and the car wash. (The free car wash is greatly appreciated as well.)

Everything was fine during check in and courtesy driver was excellent. But my car had a recall which wasn't fixed. Recall was for no audible sound if front seat passenger doesn't fastens seat belt. Even after the service, issue was still there. When I called to let them know, person on the phone was rude and told me, thats how it works. Might not schedule my next service at this dealership.

Christopher did an excellent job of getting my service done quickly. Really appreciated his work.
