Were ready for me on time; kept me updated about progress; did extra road check on a subtle complaint, and urged me to monitor and bring it back if it repeats. Lounge area is comfortable and provides refreshments such as soda, cold water, coffee and this time, fresh donuts! Elantra Ltd 2011; bought in another city, but Ellis has taken excellent care of me since I moved to Atlanta.

I scheduled a service appointment for my 2013 Genesis Coupe through the website. They sent me a confirmation email and allowed me to set reminders. At the service counter they just look me up in the computer and pull my car record. All this happens fast and in a very courteous manner. The serviceman inspected my car, told me his observations, informed me of the approximate timing and provided information about related possible services. In about an hour and 20 minutes I was going out the door with my car. The service provided by the staff at Jim Ellis Huyndai Atlanta is excellent. Process are reasonable. I definitely recommend this location for their service but, also for their sales people. I bought my car here on 2014 and they helped me to become the peeps owner of a Genesis Coupe.
