I really enjoyed my interaction with Dan Ofosu. I thought he was pleasant and professional. I feel he was trustworthy without being pushy or over salesy. Unfortunately the finance manager Mark, I believe was his name, was a jerk. He was unprofessional, condescending and rude. He was demeaning and I was very unhappy about our interaction with him. You should really reconsider or limit his interaction with customers because he projects a negative image of your organization. Otherwise, Dan was great and I am happy I was able to work with him!
