This visit went much smoother then my last visit. Service Rep was professional and nice, checked me in and my car was ready in less time projected. He even stated that my car was in good condition. How often does that happen (smile)!

My only complaint is that it took 2.4 hours to do a lube and oil change. Way to slow!

You were very busy and I had a little trouble working out an appointment -- The service was excellent once we got together.

I left the gym last Thursday after a downpour and ran through a puddle. I immediately heard something dragging and pulled over after having gone maybe 100 yards. I could see the condenser box hanging underneath and saw no apparent damage to it. Obviously I am not a mechanic, but I am skeptical of something I know little about. assumed it got knocked loose or a bolt or two came loose. I had the car towed so as not to cause further damage and assumed it could be put back in place. When I got the call, it was over $500 to replace and install. Times like these make me very skeptical. Is this vehicle so fragile that parts that come loose are automatically replaced at greater time and expense rather than being put back into position and secured? It seems to me that a part installed under the vehicle should be capable of withstanding this particular situation without having to be replaced completely with a new part. Obviously I am at your mercy when it comes to making these decisions, but it does not instill confidence. I was not shown the old part or why it needed to be replaced. I understand also that it was a holiday coming up, but having the car for three days to put it on a lift and replace something that requires not taking the car completely apart seems excessive. I can only relate it to when my father used to work on his car and this was probably something that I could have tightened back on myself if I'd had the lift. I hate being "that" person who complains about such things, but I miss the days of going to a mechanic I know personally who is looking out for you and your car and will take the time to explain and educate me on why something needs to be done. Instead, it's "this part is kind of important for the vehicle" - actual quote left on my voicemail with a cost of installing a new one. I must say, however, making the payment is certainly an expedient process!
