I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything about the experience was pleasant.

service managers and all personnel we met were off the charts fantastic...dropped car off 7 pm picked up following evening everything fixed plus free oil change to boot!! woohoo!! thx jim ellis hyundai!!

Quick check - in. Nice waiting area. Fruit in waiting area in addition to doughnuts would be nice. Service (oil chanage) completed efficiently and on time. Nice car wash as well (always a bonus).

I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked out, they said sorry for the delay and that my car had been ready for a while but nobody brought them the keys. When I looked at the paperwork, my car had been done 45 minutes prior to me checking out. It's not ok to leave someone in the waiting room for 45 minutes!

With the exception of the Sales person, I felt the leadership at the Sales Manager, Assistant Manager and the finance officer was poor. Purchased Genesis sedan. The vehicle was in great condition.

My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lucian was amazing in helping me get what I wanted out of a car.
