Always pleasant area to wait for service onsite. Free donuts, coffee, waters, soda. TV's nice touch to pass the time. Always helpful staff, friendly.

over all I am happy with Jim Ellis Hyundai...except for one thing...with an appt for scheduled service on my Sonata, it still took 2 hours in and out. this is to long for an oil change and a wash...when it can be done elsewhere in under 30 minutes

My only gripe with the service is that you need at least one additional service desk and person as well as a larger area to pull your car in so that there's not a line. You're always too busy, which causes a short but slightly annoying wait.
