It was interesting. When we first went to look at cars no one came out to offer to help. We had to go inside and ask for assistance. We bought a used car - the process for that went fine. As expected. The finance guy was funny. Liked him. We had agreed to have the scratches on the car repaired as part of the purchase agreement. Had to follow-up a few times with Allen to get that arranged. He did call me back with a plan to bring the car in on Monday. When we arrived... Allen was no longer there and no one knew about our appointment. However, the manager was fantastic and immediately took care of everything. The body shop did an excellent job with the work. It was nice that they washed the car, too. Would have been even better if they had vacuumed it as well. The little details go a long way.
