Service for my 2013 Genesis 3.8 sedan. Will use them again. Fit me in on a busy Saturdya.

I went in for two things. 1) oil change. 2) the pressure on my right side tires kept slowly dropping. When I left the dealership, I was told that it was resolved by tightening the threads on the valve stems, as there were no leaks in the tires themselves. I noticed that the tire pressure monitor was up on the instrument panel, and after driving a couple of miles, the pressures ranged from 30 to 36. Each tire being different. My complaint is that I had to go back to the dealership to get this balanced out again. This is something that should have been done while the car was in the shop initially. When I returned, the shop manager was there by the counter where I initially checked in. He heard my issue and took the car to resolve the issue himself. I was back on my way within 10 minutes. Attention to details.
