Problems were fixed. I usually wait longer than hoped for, but not last time. Bruce was good at getting me in and out. I trust work done is good, but try to get some work done outside because of high prices. I think this is true of all dealerships. Jane Simons

The person in the service department who took my service order was great! He explained how long everything was going to take, checked to make sure there wasn't a recall to take care of, and gave me a pretty accurate cost estimate. He even suggested the cafe at the Audi dealership if I got hungry. The cashier was also very professional and nice. I was extremely disappointed that there were a couple of things that I consider failures by the service team: 1. My car didn't get the complimentary wash that I was told it was going to receive. I could tell that it hadn't been washed because the windshield still had the tell-tale wipers streaks, and the windows were still dirty. 2. The car interior was thoroughly vacuumed - well done! However, someone obviously went through my glove box. Why would anyone even open the glove box unless they were looking for something to steal! When I got into my car, I looked on the passenger side, and noticed my work safety goggles, tire pressure gauge, and many receipts that had all been in the glove box before my car was serviced were now on the floor! When I opened the glove box to put everything back in, it looked like other things in the glove box had been moved around. 3. I want to add that at the end of my previous service at this dealership, I found a black wadded up plastic or vinyl glove to the left side of the driver's seat. I didn't take the time to complain because I was in a hurry to get somewhere else. I've been bringing my car to this dealership since I moved to Atlanta two years ago. I've never had anything but good experiences with the maintenance part of the department, but the added services (interior and external car cleaning) team needs improvement.
