Shrift Russell and Mike Ennis are superstars. They both went over and beyond the call of duty to work on my case. On a less positive note, a cup full of quarters was taken from my car. Other than that, I am very happy with Jim Ellis and staff.

I didn't like that i was told when i purchased my car that if i came to the dealership they would rotate my tires but i found out yesterday that they don't. I won't be making that 50 min drive for an oil change again.
