Consistently good service by friendly, knowledgeable people. (= Very comfortable rooms to wait while car is serviced. Only thing I miss is the papers that keep oil footprints off mat on driver's side where the gas and brake are.

I purchased my Genesis 2011 in January, 2011 at Jim Ellis and have been taking my car to be serviced there ever since. The service department always does an excellent job, and my service advisor, Peter Damianeas, is great!

Mr. Christopher Conway was very very good. He took care of me and make sure everything was done in my car. He was also worry about the poet work was done in advance so I don't have to wait when my car was ready. He was making sure I have snacks while waiting. In overall he is excellent. I felt very special with his treatment.... Good job!!!!
