Great until checkout when Danin tried to upswell me in 4 new tires despite having one brand new tire (from you) and the other 3 tires with only 25k miles on them. Shameful!!! I purchased my car from you and have always been thankful that you don't "Mickey Mouse" around. Very disappointed with this simple oil change visit. Thanks for listening.

Was a little disappointed they said they would vacuum my car after service and they did not. Also was disappointed it was a 20 minute wait for the shuttle even though I notified them that I would need it when I scheduled my appointment.

I think you need to open at 7 a.m. instead of 7:30 a.m.

I have been a loyal customer with Hyundai for years. I currently have a 2013 Azera and I went in for a routine maintenance with included a oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, the tire rotation was were the major issue lead. Thanks to management at Hyundai they resolved the issue with my car as soon as possible without putting me in any major inconvenience. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with my car where the service was longer than normal but due to how it was resolved I am quite pleased. Thanks Mike!!

The dealership is good so far. I love my service advisor, Sharif Russell, because he does an awesome job every time I take my vehicle in. Even when I have to go in without an appointment, he listens to my direct concerns and executes my requests in a timely manner the first time around.

I have always had great service with Jim Ellis Hyundai. Yesterday it was still great but it took a little longer. I was there for 3 hours for an oil change and to change a filter in the engine. It took about 20 minutes for them to investigate and confirm that I had "tires for life." At 5:00 they put the new tires on, and I was out at 6:00. I think there just was a little confusion about the tires and that I had that service. Overall, the people are excellent at this dealership, I recommend it all the time and we have purchased 3 vehicles from you and will do it again--guaranteed! Love, love, love Jim Ellis Hyundai!!
