Mixed. A.G. was great as a service advisor, and service was finished in the estimate time. The issue is loaner cars. As I have mentioned before, moving from an Infiniti M35 to the Genesis, I expect a loaner car to be available. I get that you pay for a rental from Enterprise, but when your appointment is for first thing Saturday morning and Enterprise doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. I didn't get into my car until 9:30 - 90 minutes after I arrived at Jim Ellis. Then dropping it off, coming back to Hyundai, paying, etc. added another 30 minutes. Two hours because you don't have loaner cars. I understand you only have a limited supply of loaners. How does one get one? Even the woman at Enterprise commented that a lot of people comment that they can't get loaners. I know you are moving to a new Genesis dealership. What are we supposed to do in the meantime?

I love that you guys made time yo replace my battery in my elantra last minute. You guys had fast, excellent customer service and I loved the movie room...I'll defiantly recommend you to my other Hyundai friends!!

The salesman (Steve) was very polite and professional. Had to wait a very long time due overwhelming number of customers buying hyundais but it was all good. I purchased a CPO 2013 Hyundai Genesis. Had a flat on the way home. Luckily I purchased the tire warranty.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They tried to fix my car's problems. There were a couple of issues after I got my car back, but they were quick to contact me back and follow up on those issues. I appreciate their work, their professionalism, and their generosity; when my car was in the first time, they fixed a brake light and washed my car, both for free. :)

Jim Ellis is awesome! My engine on my 2012 was recalled but I was a little over the mileage and the service advisor put in a special request and had it covered! What a blessing I love my 2012 Hyundai Sonada and I plan on driving her for many more miles to come! I cannot thank you guys enough.
