During our visit, the staff was incredible. My only issue is that we weren't given the SD card for the navigation system and we were told they were also going to look into an extra key (only one was available at time of purchase), and we've been unable to establish contact to follow up on this. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful.

Tonya Ellis was absolutely wonderful in assisting me in purchasing a 2016 Santa Fe Sport. She was accommodating even though I kept swapping appt. times a bunch on her. She was very nice and real. She didn't try to BS me on anything, at least not that I could tell ;-). She was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had. If I were to recommend anyone to purchase from Jim Ellis Hyundai I will be sure to tell them to work with Tonya. Finance Manager, Eric, was also helpful and nice. Overall, it was a great experience and I didn't feel the pressure that I previously felt at other car dealerships. The only thing I would say is that I would like have been more a part of the finance portion of the deal. It was a lot of Tonya walking back and forth to some person that was approving or denying offers or telling me I need to put more down or her coming back and forth asking questions. That part I was not comfortable with because I didn't know what was being said behind my back and to me, that lack of transparency is a large part of the negative connotation car dealerships have. At Carmax, you sit with the dealer as they enter your information in front of you and you watch the computer screen as offers pop up. All the offers show loan amount, interest, req'd deposit, who the offer is from and other terms and I get to choose what I want. It was just hard for me to trust that nothing but my interest was taken into account without any other vested interest to Jim Ellis Hyundai or Tonya. This is the reason I ranked how likely to I would be to recommend you all to friends and family a 7.

Overall, great customer service but I felt the staff was trying too hard. It didn't seem genuine or authentic at times.

Purchased a CPO 2013 Hyundai Genesis. Staff was very professional and buying experince was quick and painless. Sam Patel was very pleasant to work with.
