Very helpful and courteous staff. Car was serviced and detailed and looks great

It was a recall visit and the 30,000 maintenance. Service was great, as usual. Debra was my service rep. She keep me posted and gave me great service.

I purchased my Veracruz in 2007, but still get it serviced with you all. The wait time even with appointments are bad, but everything else has been fine lately

First I would like to say everyone that I have dealt with at the dealership has always been pleasant. Gajuanza "Mitch" Mitchell the shuttle driver deserves special recognition. But the reason for my lukewarm feelings about your dealership is that there is ALWAYS something that happens while I'm there that keeps me waiting. It's never anything major just small things from the day I bought the car and waited hours to see the finance person to the wait for my car yesterday. The only reason I come back is because I'm in the free tire program and I have to.

The service advisor seems untrustworthy. Car not ready as soon as expected, not called when it was ready, unauthorized use of my vehicle, seemed to making stuff up about the bill.

I appreciated the car-cleaning, but the wait was long.

Oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure, recall. Great work and comfortable waiting area.
