I had a great experience from the time I got there until I left. Big thumbs up to the gentle man that greeted me when I got there, Corey Barton the sales guy and the finance gentle man (I forgot his name I know he is originally from Ukraine which is really great to have diverse people from around the world). BTW I want to thank Corey for taking me to two enterprise rental locations to return the rental car that I had. Definitely I will be back next very soon at this Hyundai Location to buy another vehicle for my girlfriend.

Mike is wonderful and Cedric, our technician, is equally wonderful. Everyone in your service department was friendly and helpful and I just love everyone there. I would not trust my car with any other Hyundai. Keep up the great work guys and gals!!

Carlton is top notch and exceeds expectations in every interaction with him. He is a valuable asset to Genesis to ensure that your customers are extremely satisfied. Never had this level of customer focused with previous Auto companies like Mercedes Benz, Audi or Infinite. Also the service manager interaction was efficient and I am fully satisfied with the execution of the services performed. Keep it up Genesis and you will gain ongoing customer loyalty.

my last trip to service department was awful - this was the first time I have returned since then and only because it was a possible warranty issue. Much to my surprise - the experience was excellent. I thank Bruce for that!! He was outstanding!
