The people in the service department are usually very happy and willing to answer any questions. I wasn't to pleased with the amount of time I spent there waiting on my car. I understand it was for an oil change and the 15,000 checkup. But, I wasn't given a time estimate on waiting for my car. I ended up being there for over 2.5 hours without any warning.

I was not very pleased with the knowledge my dealer had on leased vehicles, but the specialist that was helping him was very helpful. They did offer to help me through the turn-in process (I had another Hyundai lease previous to my newest Hyundai lease) and I felt like they went above and beyond in that aspect. The facilities are nice.
