Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. The only criticism I would have is that I had two recalls fixed on my car and was told it would be washed, it was only rinsed.

Very professional staff

I have a 2012 Sonata. I brought it in for the current recall, oil change and tires. I purchased the lifetime oil change and tires when I purchased my car and the program has been amazing.

They did what I asked which was to install new wiper blades, new headlight bulbs and new lift arms for the glass part of the tail gate. I had already bought the items. Price was very fair.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The team was very respectful of my time, and they quickly gave me the opportunity to test drive several vehicles. Once I got in the Sonata Hybrid Limited, it was all over. Loved the car and features. I used KBB and other sites to come up with what I thought would be a good starting point for the negotiation, but my sales guy Allen Tubman came back with a strong offer. Told him I couldn't buy today, but would be back tomorrow. When i came back, we did final negotiations and they were able to get me in and out in less than 45 minutes. That a record for me and a primer for exactly how quickly these deals should go. Had to come back again later to take possession (so my wife could take my other car), and the team walked me through all of the features and benefits and got me hooked up with My Blue Link. All good.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Azera. My salesmen Bradford did a great job at assisting me and my family. The dealership and the entire sales staff were very helpful and the overall experience was a great one.
