As always a great service experience.

Purchasing was an overall pleasant experience. First time I went to get a defect resolved it was good until the problem couldn't be identified then the experience was horrible. However second time after putting car back to stock and helping identify the issue the experience was smooth and went well.

Your check in process doesn't flow! Random assignment to a service agent, wait in line. Why not do like the bank and get the next available? The work is good.

Came in for engine recall, had appointment but Hyundai computers were down, left all day and still down, second day still down so returned my car after an oil service.
