I had to wait over 1 week to get an appointment for an oil change.Then I was told I have a recall but it could not be done the same day there was no time in the schedule, when I arrived and told the person helping me I needed the recall done, when should I schedule it, he told me I could have it done with the oil change. (confusing) I was also surprised you do not take coupons from other dealerships any longer. I never receive any coupons from Jim Ellis, where I purchased my car, I asked the person who was helping me why not, he said they get sent out randomly because your Co has a very large data base. My coupon would be honored, it was ok for this visit only. I have had better visits at the service center, but I will be back. I love my Hyundai.

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Also, miscellaneous fees which were not sufficiently explained. On the plus side, the staff is courteous and the facility is clean and comfortable.

Great service, very quick. However, the courtesy wash was under par this time. The front of my vehicle doesn't look like it was even washed and I don't believe it was vacuumed this time. Since this is a courtesy, I can't complain, but it has definitely been a nicer clean up in the past.

I had an appointment for a 15 minute recall item and an auto door lock that wasn't working. I was notified by text after 2.5 hours that the lock actuator needed replacing. I received another text a 2.5 hours later that the car was ready. And after paying and on my way home I noticed that the window on the door you'd been working on didn't close, so I turned around and brought it back. That was another 15-30 minutes. The service writer never spoke to me or responded to my texts in the 5 hours I was there. No updates, nothing. And did it really take 5 hours to diagnose and repair the lock actuator? I know that the door has lots of bits to be unattached and reattached, but this is not an uncommon problem.
