Always very positive. This is the only time I didn't give a 10 - two reasons. One is that it took quite a bit longer than I expected (3.5 hours) - would have been nice to be offered a loaner or ride when it was clear that it would be. Second is that each time I have to remind that I prepaid oil changes. Again this time I reminded, but was still charged and had to undo it. Not sure why that isn't on my record and/or why I never got a coupon book. Would love that to get fixed somehow after two years! But overall, the staff is always great and my experience has been positive all the 6 years I've been connected with this dealer - first an Elantra, now a Sonata.

We were treated very well.

I stopped at the dealership about 5PM with no appointment. I explained that I picked up my car from the airport long term parking and noticed the oil light on. Checking at the nearest service station the car was low on oil by 2 quarts. Mercer immediately took the car in to the shop. He told me they changed the oil and asked that I return in 3 days to check the levels again. The prompt attention and explanation of probable cause were reassuring and helpful. Dan Eberly

I went in to get two recalls addressed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and kept me updated. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I greatly appreciate the prompt, attentive, warm service.

I waited for my vehicle and was quoted a pretty accurate wait time despite the dealership being very busy. I always enjoy my experience here.
