Every time I come to Jim Ellis it's always to notch service. Debra in particular has helped merge last two times I had issues with my sonata and has been nothing but flawless with her service and communicating details during the whole process of getting my vehicle back. I have purchased @ Jim Ellis 2x and will always recommend friends to this dealership the service is just superior even when I did not get what I wanted and became upset I must say the service was still a 10. I will purchase my next vehicle which is a Genesis from this location when my warranty runs out on my sonata.

We have purchased 2 cars within the last six months. In both cases your service has exceeded our expectations. I recently had to go to Clearwater Fl to purchase a car for my son and was so disappointed not to be able to purchase that one from Jim Ellis as well.
