I called on Friday to move up my appointment due to the anticipated weather. When I called they could not find my appointment. They were able to accommodate me on Friday and performed the 30,000 mile service and also did undercoating on my 2014 Sonata hybrid (Hyundai initiative). I just moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Atlanta in November and was very please on how they handled the situation and made me feel welcomed during the process. Great experience.

I had great and friendly service. There were a few inconsistencies. What they thought was wrong with my car was not what was actually wrong with it. And then they said my tires were bald but when I looked at my inspection sheet, my tires were marked yellow not red. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience as always.

My car has been a series of mishaps. Hyundai service has saved my sanity.
