My experiences with Jim Ellis service have been good over the past 3 years. However, a week before this appointment for my Genesis, my wife brought in her Santa Fae in to Jim Ellis for service and the estimated time for getting a loaner vehicle was totally miss-managed. We are used to RBM Mercedes where it takes just 15 minutes to check out with a free loaner vehicle (not 2 hours at Jim Ellis, when she was told 15 minutes by the representative).

Professional, friendly, comfortable wait area - good, since I was there over 6 hours!!
