Santa Fe. I purchased the service package and found out that the number of tire rotations was going to be limited because service advisors were rotating tires too often. Not my fault but it seems I will be the one to pay.

Your biggest problem now is that you have outgrown your current facility, which leads to longer scheduling backlogs (took 3 weeks to get an oil change appt) and difficulty maneuvering around your small property. Staff is great...
