Our salesman (Lou Hammersmith) went above and beyond to make our car buying (2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited) as smooth as possible. He got us the vehicle that we wanted by getting it from another dealership. Hao-B did an excellent job in the Finance area of the process. Overall it was a great experience.

I am concerned about being told a with about 30,000 miles (2014 Santa Fe purchased in 2015) needs a new battery and 2 new tires. What did I buy a new car for? I declined both. My tires are good for 90,000 miles. I do not do highway driving. Something is wrong here.

I was comfortable and it was nice that my car was washed or rinsed and vacuumed but it took longer than I expected for an oil change and tire rotation.
