Everything went well it's my first oil change at the dealership it took longer than I expected. Arrived at 845 for a 930 appointment and did not leave until 1100. 1 hour is typically oil change length. The service rep is great and the staff taking care of the waiting area came out regularly to check on customers and were very friendly.

Excellent restoration of my Equus the collision center ~ service center identified an issue and provided corrective action ~ the dealership staff always has the best customer focus I have experience since dealing with LEXUS! Certainly would recommend Jim Ellis

I would have at least expected a wash or vacuum with a $450 service bill (30k mile service). If they did anything you sure couldn't tell.

My overall experience was good. The only hiccup was not getting a call, regarding when (approximately) the repair would be completed.
