Hopefully everything is fixed. Unfortunately, I won't know for sure until I go on another long car trip. My only complaint was that there was a white mark on my driver seat when I got the car back. It came off with a wet cloth, but it seems like the car should come back to me cleaner not dirtier than when I dropped it off.

I only say 7 about how likely I am to recommend based on previous experiences as well. If it had been just yesterday's experience, I would say 10. The person who assisted me yesterday, I think Callie, was fantastic. I have never had more explained to me before. She was friendly, helpful, and wonderful. Best experience I have had there yet. Thank you!

I had an oil change service on Saturday and when I checked out was told everything was fine but when I reviewed my documentation I found one item on the red/green checklist shown as red. I called you about this Tuesday (maybe Monday?), repeated my mobile phone number twice as my contact number (because I'm out of town) and was told my Service Advisor would call me back shortly. But as of today (Thursday, 430pm) no one has called me back to let me know if I have a serious problem (transmission? drive train?) or medium problem or no problem. Instead I've received several email survey requests asking how my service was and my answer is it started off good but is now not good. Jack Lindsay 404-578-4158
