Opps Jim Ellis Service slipped a little They usually give my car back after service with a light wash and vacuum. At least it looked as though they took pride in my car. I didn't see that this time. Also they changed some filter and when we drive offt the. At was fil of fog / heat Air conditioner blowing hot air We turned around and headed back To Jim Ellis. It was really bad fog Bruce our service guy checked it And instructed us.... They really must make sure Everything is operating before Giving car back The service was not the same Even checking out was not as I was accustom too....

I have ALWAYS had exceptional service at Jim Ellis! Your service dept. and personnel are very professional, welcoming and courteous. Mike caught a sound when he turned on the car that I hadn't noticed and it was repaired while I was there. This visit was for my annual big "get ready to get on the road" checkup. It was also time for my tires to be replaced. When I purchased my care, 5 years ago, I signed up for free tires with J.E. I honestly thought I might have a bit of a problem redeeming them at this time. However there was no problem at all! I doubt I will ever take my car elsewhere for service. I never feel taken advantage of or mistreated in anyway. Thank you all and Mike especially!

I was supposed to receive the complimentary car wash as did not even after having spoken with my agent about it happening the first time. The charges on the maintenance was not explained to me properly and there's a $50 miscellaneous charge that's yet to be explained to me. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited edition and when I got back to my car the breaks were making noise and the car was still shaking when I drove it.

The technician couldn't figure out what was wrong with my front sensor and the representative made me feel like I was an idiot. Immediately after getting my car back, the hypersensitivity on the sensors started. I'm having to go back again for another appointment.
