The service department had trouble repairing the manual transmission and had to call in a Hyundai tech and then the part did not work and they had to get another one. They got me a rental and I understand they were trying everything they could so I don't hold anything against them. Just some bad luck with the Sonata eco.

I knew exactly which car I wanted (color, trim, etc.) and other dealerships who didn't have what I wanted in stock tried to force me to compromise, but not Jim Ellis. The Jim Ellis dealership tracked down the exact car I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. They make customer satisfaction a priority!

Contact with staff is always excellent. They are very courteous and polite. My sonata hybrid was in for recall. Was told it would take very little time. When I got there, was told it would be about 1 hour & 15 min. It took 2 hr. 45 min.
