I could not have been more pleased with my Jim Ellis Genesis experience. Our salesman, Chris Dallas, was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant, and at no time did we feel pushed or intimidated. We got the G80, which is perfect for us, and my husband wanted me to lease so I wouldn't have to worry about upkeep, new tires, etc. We felt very comfortable with the staff that we met and I look forward to my return visits.

Mike is very friendly and considerate. Appreciated the discount he found for me. One suggestion: I would like someone to go over the invoice and list of services done before i pay my bill. I will specifically ask for that next time. Also, if vacuuming was done, I couldn't tell by looking at the floors.

I was in unexpected need of a battery replacement and even though the service appointment schedule was full, the agents found a way to fit me in and get a new battery! I thought I would have to stay all day but they made the experience pleasant and expedient! Thank you. :)

Upon arrival, greeted by several service reps and was quickly received by a service rep. Overall, a professional and smooth process.
