I initially went in to the dealership to purchase an Equus. I made an offer which was rejected over less than a thousand dollars. I tracked that car online for several weeks. I also called and emailed several times to make reorders, even keeping my original offer the same when the price was reduced online. After all was said and done, the car was sold for less than my offer. I then had 2 more cars tgat I was interested in and called about with similar results. Recently I saw a car on line that said "coming soon". It was a close second to what I was wanting so I made an online offer. It as accepted and I made arrangements to go see the vehicle 2 days later. I arrived and the car was not cleaned up. The interior was terribly dirty, so much so that the ivory leather had black stains on it. The car was also ant ridden. My salesman tried to see if he could have it cleaned up while I was there so I didn't have to return. We do not live around the corner. Unfortunately, the detail center was not able to accommodate and I did have to return the next day, if I wanted to purchase the car. Ultimately I did buy the car but I felt like I had to do all of the work. I literally said to an online sales person, I'm trying very hard to give you money and I can't get people to call me back. Ultimately, my sales person Will Simmons saved the day! No hard sale, did the right thing for the buyer and is very responsive. He and Hau-B made my overall experience a positive one.

Had a good experience. I ask for an oil change, tire rotation and balance but didn't get the balance. Will have to return again today but overall good experience. Your property for availability of parking for service is tight. To small of a property for conducting business.

I do not think I needed to have my spark plugs replaced and I am looking for my past paperwork on all of the services I have had over the years at Jim Ellis. I think when they could not find anything wrong with my car and nothing to charge me for, they decided to create something to make some money. I have a 2011 Sonata Turbo. I waited 3 hours, 2 hours while they diagnosed it and could find nothing wrong.
