Kia Cadenza. The salesman, Julio, was extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend Jim Ellis. One comment regarding financing, there were 3 other purcashers ahead of us and we were paying cash, writing a check, but we still had to wait. Should be a special finance dept. for cash purchases. Just a suggestion.

I brought the 2014 Sonata in for the 30,000 mile check. Mike Ennis is my service tech and as always did a superior job of checking the car in and keeping me informed as I waited for the car to be finished. Mike is always helpful.

I booked an appointment and waited 2 hours. I then went to ask what was taking so long since I was getting an oil change and they were fixing the turbo recall. The gentleman went to the back and then came back to me and said that they just started working on my car but tried to brag on the mechanic on how good he was. He couldn't tell me what was going on for the first two hours I was waiting there and then had to wait another hour. I will no longer come to this store because of how slow the service is, and how uninformed you have kept me.
