We used USAA buying service which quoted a price online. We purchased a 2016 Tuscan, Certified Preown. The staff was very responsive, Jim Ellis honored the USAA price, staff was very helpful. Overall service was great.

I purchased a 2017 Sonata SE. The service I received was excellent. The staff was helpful with their knowledge of the car and the car I traded.They were courteous and empathetic since the wait time was very long. The dealership was crowded with customers buying new Hyundai/pre-owned cars. They even helped out with my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter

I have been a customer since I purchased my 2011 Genesis in Oct 2010. This is the first really bad experience that I have had. I had a oil change/service on May 11 and had some warranty claims. I own two cars so alternate driving them. A few days later, May 15, I drove to a meeting and my car was smoking after the 45 min drive. I opened up the hood and my oil cap was never put on after the oil change. Oil was all over my engine bay. I brought it back a few hours later to get cleaned up but the cleaning job was not a good one. Never touched the manifold which was covered in oil. About a week 10 ten days or so later, Mike called and told me that my warranty claim had been approved, my parts had come in and to drop off my car. It was dropped off on June 1. It took 2 weeks to get my car back. No clue why. Mike did make arrangements to have my car delivered to me. He has been great to work with in the past and I know he will in the future.

the staff always pleasantly greet you right away. Even if you have to wait a few minutes. They told me a had a recall, which I didn't know and I told them what I was there for. The problem was taken care of and I was out of the dealership pretty quick. I'm, again, impressed with your service department. Thanks
