Car came back with several surface scratches. Having to have them buffed out. Other than that we love your service department, you have always font right by us.

My Genesis was repaired at the body shop and they did a great job. However, the bumper sensors were not re-calibrated and the car had to be taken to the general dealership to correct the bumper sensors going off down the highway. The tech and service advisor argued with me that I had left some button on- not possible and they later acknowledged I was correct. They lost my key chain and fob and gave me a new one without telling me when I picked the car up. My secondary fob at home no longer works and now I must return once again to the dealer to have it calibrated for it to work. They found my keychain, so at least that is a plus. This has taken an entire week and a not the type of service you would expect for a luxury car. The people at the dealership do not know the Genesis car well at all. I am very disappointed with all of the hassle I have received.

The interior detail was great and my service agent found a recall to check for that I didn't even know about. Overall great service.

My wife and I purchased a certified 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited to replace a car that was totalled. We really only went in to test drive a few cars because it was about 8PM when we arrived, but my wife fell in love with the Sonata and all its safety features. Despite how late it was, Daimien Solomon and Hau-b Cao gave us a spectacular buying experience that was quick and painless. We took the car home that night after a quick detail (props to their detail department for hanging in there, too!) and we've never been happier with a car purchase.

Everything was smooth, efficient, helpful and reassuring, quite unlike my recent very poor experience with my local Hyundai dealership in Nashville. Thank you.
