Really good and pleasant

Recently purchased an IONIQ Hybrid. Salesman Lucian was extremely helpful, patient, not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for, found the exact color from the secondary lot and answered all our questions. The price we paid was reasonable although it took a bit of haggling back and forth with the manager level to get there. To the dealership's credit, they were up front with the dealer cost and also showed us very clearly whether there were any incentives or other programs like Costco, corporate discounts etc. Unfortunately for this car there wasn't much available. We opted to do financing at the dealer. The process was very smooth and extremely fast. After we landed on the price, we were literally ready to walk out in about 40 mins or so. Lucian was gracious enough to also come and deliver the car home at the end of his work day. Overall an excellent experience.

I've always felt that Jim Ellis Hyundai worked hard to resolve any issue I had with my vehicles. I am on the second vehicle purchased from them and won't purchase another from anyone outside of the Jim Ellis group.

Although the department was full of cars, I was taken right on the time of my appointment. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A cut on my arm started bleeding and someone got me a bandaid. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. So nice to get a cup of tea and doughnut. I had a 2 hour wait, but was very comfortable with my book and visiting with other patrons.
